Eligibility

OPEN OPEN TO ANY NPC ATHLETE (who is not currently qualified for national competition)

JUNIOR OPEN TO ANY COMPETITOR WHO HAS NOT WON HIS OR HER WEIGHT CLASS IN AN OPEN DIVISION AND WHO HAS NOT WON THE OVERALL IN A JUNIOR DIVISION.

MASTERS MUST BE ATLEAST 35, 40, 50 or 60 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF JUNE 12, 2010 (PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED)

NOVICE FOR FIRST TIME NPC COMPETITIORS ONLY.

All Contestants Must Supply Thier Own Music Posing Music Must be on CD Posing Music for Finals Must be No Longer Than 90 Seconds Music Must Be At The Begining Of The Tape & No Vulgarity Posing Music Must Be The Only Music On The CD Bodybuilding Contestents Will Not Use Music For Prejudging Bodybuilding Competition Suits Must Be Worn At Weigh-Ins No "T" Back Suits
